Can I change or cancel my reservation at any time?
Please look for the exact cancellation details which apply to your booked rate. We offer a link on your confirmation e-mail from which you can make the cancellation.Our reservation team will also be very happy to help.
Is the hotel suitable for non-smokers? Do you have smoking rooms? Where can I smoke?
The ARCOTEL HafenCity is a non-smoking hotel. It is thus prohibited to smoke either in the common areas or the guest rooms.
Do your meeting rooms have natural light? Do you cater for weddings?
Yes, our five meeting rooms have natural light. You can find more information about our seminar and events area here.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole hotel.In addition, during your stay we offer you our Media Box with newspapers and magazines from 58 countries in 38 languages free of charge. After successfully logging into the hotel network, you can browse through the Media Box.
What do I do if I want to confirm my reservation but I don’t have a credit card?
You can also transfer the amount of your reservation in advance, or send us a written acceptance of costs on company letterhead.
Can I change money? Which credit cards do you accept?
We do not offer a foreign currency exchange service. We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTER, DINERS and JCB. The nearest facility for changing money is around 400 metres from the hotel, at the the train station "Neustadt".
Does the hotel have parking?
The hotel has its own underground car park with a daily charge of EUR 21.00 per space, and outdoor parking spaces with a daily charge of EUR 16,00. Restaurant and bar guests can park for EUR 2.00 per hour.

Is there a laundry service?
We can wash your laundry using one of our partners in line with your requirements. The price list for this can be found in your wardrobe, and it is also available form reception.
Can I bring my dog to the hotel? How much does this cost?
You are welcome to bring your dog with you for an extra charge of EUR 18.00 per day.
Do you have allergy-friendly rooms / disability-friendly rooms?
All of our rooms are suitable for allergy sufferers, and we also have disability-friendly rooms.
What dishes does the restaurant offer? Do you also have a kids’/senior citizens’ menu? Do you host themed evenings such as Candlelight Dinner / New Year Gala / Valentine’s Day / St Martin’s Day?
Our restaurant concept is very Mediterranean. For special occasions, however, we will be happy to work out a suitable menu for you.
As a hotel guest, can I invite a non-guest for breakfast, or as a non-guest, can I have breakfast at the hotel?
Naturally, you are very welcome to enjoy the HafenCity breakfast buffet for EUR 22.00.
Do you offer special dishes for lactose and gluten intolerance, or for wheat allergies? Can you provide Kosher food or vegetarian dishes?
We are happy to organise this, by arrangement with our Head Chef.
