The cuisine is all about Mediterranean flavours, interpreted with power and panache and no unnecessary bling by chef de cuisine Marcel Kube. Authentic, individual, original. The heart of ElbUferei is the open-view kitchen. It brings the place to life with a relaxed and social dining atmosphere. And that makes for happy diners.


  On Top: A juicy selection of tender steaks are waiting for you in the rstaurant's ownIm hauseigenen DRY-AGING CABINET. The locally sourced, top qualitymeat comes from Händlers butcher’s shop in Großdobritz – just 25 km from the ElbUferei.

THE BAR -Drop anchor day and night

Exciting things are happening behind the bar, a special placeat all times of day. With fresh juice in the morning or an after-work gatheringin the evening. In between, the bar is the place to go for afternoon conversation with a gin and tonic or some of our more fancy cocktail concoctions.
